Why I’m doing this.

Common Ground is just a hobby my wife encouraged me to try. It gives me somewhere to write about money, music, attention, military and veteran life, family, and whatever else catches my attention.

I left this page with blanks on purpose. I want the final version to sound like me, not like a bio someone generated in five seconds.

What this isn’t

I’m not trying to make this sound bigger than it is. It’s a place to write, save ideas, and maybe connect with people who think about some of the same stuff. Nothing here is tailored to anyone’s specific situation.

The phrase “common ground” is the whole idea. Use this space for a lyric, quote, or one sentence that feels like the site.

A note on privacy

I may write about family and life, but I’m going to keep names, locations, schedules, and identifying details out of it. The point is the feeling, not the specifics.
